Joint Leadership
The Hiring Partner and Viswabharat Skill Institute manage selection jointly — from nomination and shortlisting through aptitude, group discussions and the final HR interview.
Standard Norms
Selection follows the Hiring Partner's published standards, drawing candidates from partner colleges or from institutions facilitated by Viswabharat Skill Institute.
A clear, role-fit selection SOP
Depending on the role, the standard SOP may include the following stages:
Nominations
Submitting candidate profiles for the target job role.
Filtering
Shortlisting candidates based on Hiring Partner guidelines.
Aptitude Test
Assessing core problem-solving and reasoning skills.
Language Test
Evaluating written and spoken communication.
Group Discussion
Judging teamwork, articulation and structured thinking.
Personal Interview
One-on-one technical & behavioural evaluation.
HR Interview
The final HR round to assess candidate fitment with the Hiring Partner's culture and role expectations.

Your LOI locks in the role subject to completing the bootcamp on the terms below. It is your bridge from selection to employment.
Conditional Offer
Selected candidates receive a conditional Letter of Intent from the Hiring Partner specifying the terms of training and conditions for hiring — subject to fulfilment of Bootcamp Training requirements.
Requirements to Confirm
Complete the bootcamp with 80% overall score and 95% attendance, and demonstrate astute professional conduct and behaviour throughout.
Offer Safety
Non-adherence to bootcamp norms — attendance, scores or professional conduct — can lead to cancellation of the final job offer.
Plan ahead for the bootcamp period
A few practicalities to know before you begin, so training runs without financial surprises.
The Hiring Partner does not pay a salary or stipend during the bootcamp training period. Applies for the full 24-week training duration.
Candidates handle their own travel and stay-related expenses through the duration of training. Campus and nearby residential options available on request.
